1. Washroom Deep Cleaning

With 18 washrooms, systematic cleaning was essential.

Regular cleaning may remove visible dirt, but deep cleaning should also address areas that are frequently overlooked, including corners, floor edges, fixtures and high-use surfaces.

Tip: High-traffic washrooms should be cleaned on a defined schedule rather than waiting until visible dirt or odour becomes a problem.

2. Kitchen Cleaning

Large kitchens require special attention because food residue, grease and moisture can accumulate in different areas.

A good kitchen deep-cleaning process should include floors, work areas, corners and difficult-to-reach sections.

Tip: Don't focus only on the surfaces that are immediately visible. Corners, edges and areas around equipment often need additional attention.

3. Floor Cleaning

With more than 10,000 sq. ft. of floor area, the facility required proper planning and sequencing.

Large-area floor cleaning is easier to manage when the property is divided into cleaning zones and each zone is completed systematically.

Tip: Before deep cleaning a large floor area, remove movable items and divide the space into manageable sections.

4. Water Tank Cleaning

The project also included 5 water tanks.

Water tank cleaning is an important part of maintaining facilities where many people depend on the water supply.

Tip: Water tanks should not be ignored simply because they are not part of the visible living or working area. They are an important part of facility hygiene.

Why Was Timing Important?

The facility had an important visit scheduled for October 4.

That meant the cleaning had to be completed within a defined window.
